55 square meter 2 bedroom apartment located on the trendy rue Oberkampf in the 11th arr. Good for 2 individuals or a couple. While the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, our preference is to host two. There is a 250€ supplementary charge/month for each guest after the second. There are two separate bedrooms and a large living room with a a 160cm couch bed that contains a real mattress meant for daily use.

Flat screen with basic cable included. There is also fiberoptic wifi/internet, and a landline phone (free calls to landlines in France, Europe and landlines and cellphones in the USA) A modern bathroom and a separate WC.

There is a small eat-in kitchen, refrigerator/freezer, stainless steel gas stove/oven, dishes, flatware, cookware. It also has a washing machine (no dryer).

Each bedroom has a 140cm bed and one large french window also facing northwest. Each has a small writing table and chair.

The electricity has been upgraded for use with modern appliances including computers. And it has brand new central gas heating in all rooms – rare in paris apartments!
